1. Accommodation Bookings & Property Rules
- Short-Term Rentals: All accommodation bookings are for short-term leisure or corporate stays only. They do not constitute a standard residential tenancy.
- Guest Limits: Total occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your booking confirmation.
- House Rules: Guests must follow all specific property rules, including noise restrictions, smoking bans, and pet policies. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
2. Payments & Security Deposits
- Rates: Rental rates, cleaning fees, and local taxes are detailed at checkout and must be paid to secure the booking.
- Security Deposits: We reserve the right to hold a temporary security deposit on your credit card. This covers potential property damage or rule violations.
- Release: Deposits are released after check-out, pending a successful property inspection.
3. Cancellations, Modifications, & Refunds
- Rental Policies: Cancellation windows and refund amounts are property-specific and clearly displayed before you book.
- Travel Bookings: Connected travel services (like flights) are subject to the specific refund rules of those respective airlines or operators.
- No-Shows: Failure to check into your accommodation on the scheduled arrival date results in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
4. Travel Documents & Guest Liability
- IDs & Visas: You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and health paperwork required to travel to your rental destination.
- Property Damage: You are financially liable for any damage caused to the rental property, furniture, or amenities by anyone in your booking party.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We act as the booking platform connecting guests with short-term rental properties and travel providers.
- We are not liable for accidental injuries, lost personal items, or service disruptions (like internet or power outages) at the rental property.
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather or natural disasters.
